He was given a verbal and written quote. But when he went there to pick up his car which took longer than they said to begin with, the final bill was not what they had quoted. It is quite sad to see that they take advantage of the age of the customer. My son is only 21 years old, his first car. He was so proud of himself to finally put his car in for its first service. Definitely not great customer service.He had gone all over to get quotes and said that the lady was lovely and they gave him the best quote. 9/10 Rank 23 Jan 19What I liked Clearly itemised invoice.
